DESCRIPTION:

Facilities Management sought data on the satisfaction level of clients in the various buildings they serve along with internal staff's satisfaction with other staff. OMS was responsible for designing the survey instrument, recruiting participants over the phone, and administering the survey by telephone and through face-to-face interviews.

RESULTS:

A total of 58 surveys were completed. The overall response rate for this study was 86.6%. Within Facilities Management, 34 interviews were completed from a sample of 39 for an 87.1% response rate. Within Capital Planning and Management, 10 interviews were completed from a sample of 12 for an 83.3% response rate. The third group of respondents consisted of members of various departments. Fourteen interviews were completed from this sample of 16 for an 87.5% response rate.
