MAIL SURVEYS
We can help you reach the general public and optimize response rates through our use of mail surveys. We utilize the Dillman method, where selected participants are sent up to three mailings:
- First Mailing: Introductory Letter, questionnaire, and postage paid envelope
- Second Mailing: Reminder postcard
- Third Mailing: Follow-up mailing sent only to non-respondents (cover letter, questionnaire, postage-paid envelope
