OMS Director Shelly Wymer was invited to be a keynote speaker at Washington State University’s Qualtrics Day. Her presentation will focus on survey governance in a University setting and the steps she has taken to improve Qualtrics governance at the University of Minnesota. As head of the University of Minnesota’s University Survey Advisory team (U-SAT), Ms. Wymer has been leading the efforts to govern surveys across the UMN system since 2010 with the goals of reducing survey fatigue and increasing response rates.
