TELEPHONE SURVEYS

Equipped with an 18-station call center and Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) software, we can handle a vast array of telephone data collection projects. Our Project Managers and interviewers are expertly trained in conducting telephone interviews and maintaining data security and confidentiality.

The Minnesota State Survey (MSS)

The Minnesota State Survey is an omnibus telephone survey that our office conducts annually with a representative population of Minnesotan residents. Individuals or organizations can purchase as few as one question in the survey. Please contact us if you would like to include questions in the Minnesota State Survey, or if you would like additional information.

MAIL SURVEYS

We can help you reach the general public and optimize response rates through our use of mail surveys. We utilize the Dillman method, where selected participants are sent up to three mailings:

First Mailing: Introductory Letter, questionnaire, and postage paid envelope

Second Mailing: Reminder postcard

Third Mailing: Follow-up mailing sent only to non-respondents (cover letter, questionnaire, postage-paid envelope

Advantages of using mail

  • More convenient and private for the respondent
  • Respondents are allowed more time to produce their responses
  • Branding can be applied to the envelope and letter to attract participants
