Summary

Stephanie oversees Educational Services, which includes exam services, K-12 educational testing, and administration of the University of Minnesota’s Student Rating of Teaching Program. She is the business owner for Explorance Blue, the University’s online (and integrated paper) rating platform. Stephanie is known for effectively blending paper and digital delivery and processing, and is a member of several committees and communities of practice related to testing and assessment technology.

Prior to joining the University, Stephanie worked in human capital assessment and measurement technology consulting, specializing in organizational effectiveness and transformational change. Stephanie has extensive experience in implementing strategic initiatives related to people, process, and technology: defining desired outcomes, aligning stakeholder understanding, and predicting and surmounting barriers to achieve goals. Stephanie is known for finding effective bridges between organizational needs, technical capabilities, and best practices, firmly believing that products and services are only useful to the extent that they fit within organizational realities and logistics. Stephanie’s interests include environmental sustainability in organizations, and equity through improved accessibility and inclusivity in both education and work.
