Summary
Deveny has 14 years of experience in survey project design, management, and implementation for studies in public health, program evaluation, and social science research. She has worked in higher education for most of her career both at the University of Minnesota and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Research topics she has worked on include nutrition and exercise, smoking cessation, alcohol enforcement practices, aspirin and heart health, diversity and inclusion, diverse faculty representation in STEM fields in higher education, public opinion of Minnesotans on a variety of topics, institutional policy evaluation, and many more. She is an expert on data collection modes and related technologies, and sample management for multi-mode projects.
