Focus Groups

Focus groups are an effective tool for gaining information on views and experience regarding a selected topic or issue. They are also a practical method of involving individuals in the decision-making process. OMS will help you determine how a focus group can best promote your organization's growth and which methodologies best achieve your goals. Additionally, we will work with you through the entire process, from designing the structure of the focus group to conducting follow-up research. We adhere to a strict code of confidentiality and respect the sensitivity of your data.

Focus groups are often used to complement other data collection methods (e.g. surveys) to provide more insight and depth to previous findings and trends. They are typically conducted in 1 to 1.5 hour blocks of time, and a facilitator will guide the discussion.
