Training Evaluation

There are two important considerations when evaluating the success of a particular training:

Training Process Evaluation provides trainers feedback about training facilities, presenters, accessibility, ease of understanding, structure of the training, and other environmental and situational factors that either enhance or deter the learning experience.

Training Outcome Assessment, on the other hand, assesses the actual learning experience and whether or not attendees learned the material presented and if training objectives were met. This assessment provides insight about the appropriateness of the level of the subject matter, what gaps need to be filled, and whether or not the training met the learning needs of the employees.
