Course Exams

Pickup and Drop Off: Locations and Hours*

A daily messenger runs from our office to 130 Coffey Hall at 9:15 a.m. A secured drop-off box is placed at 22 Eddy Hall and staffed exam pick-up hours at Eddy Hall will be from 10:00-12:00 daily. During final examination week, the 29th Ave. office is open until 8:00 p.m. weekdays and until 2:00 p.m. Saturday with additional afternoon messenger runs made to Coffey Hall when needed. Answer sheets may be purchased and picked up at OMS only.

Also, you may use Campus Courier to drop off forms at OMS. If you select e-reporting as your delivery method and provide us with a valid email address, OMS can send you a PDF of your course results sooner than you would receive the hard copies.

According to University Senate Committee for Educational Policy completed Course Exam answer sheets must be hand delivered to one of our three offices by the instructor or a personally-designated staff member (TA, department staff, etc.), or sent via Campus Courier. Results must be picked up; they cannot be sent through Campus Mail. Campus Courier service is available, 612-626-0707, for your convenience. However, your EFS number will be charged for this additional service. Scoring and analysis results are reported within 24 hours if the exams are dropped off and picked up at the 29th Ave. office. TESTAN results may take longer.
