Course Exam Process Change

A new process for Course Exam drop-off/pick-up procedures has recently come into effect. In an effort to cut down on costs, OMS will only drop-off/pick-up exams on Monday and Thursdays beginning Monday, June 1 through the summer term.

How does this impact turn-around time?

We will score the exams within 24 hours of when we receive the exams. So, all exams picked up on Monday will be scored on Tuesday. All exams picked up on Thursday will be scored by Friday. Be sure to request electronic reports so you can get your results right away. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the next drop off date to pick up your hard copy reports and exams.

If you would like us to receive your exams for scoring quicker than using the Eddy Hall drop off box, you can drop off exams at OMS (879 29th Ave. SE) or you can use Campus Courier to deliver the forms (612-626-0707).

How do I request electronic reports?

OMS has a new portal where you can log in and gain secure access to your reports. All you have to do is request Paperless Exam Reporting on the Exam Report Order Form and provide a U of M email address.

Can I still pick up exams at Eddy Hall on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday?

Yes, you can still pick up exams from 10-12, M-F.
