The Minnesota Statewide Testing Program (MSTP) provides consulting, scoring and reporting services to public, private, charter and home schools in the state of Minnesota. Any Minnesota elementary, middle, or secondary school may use the services of MSTP.
The program operates as a non-profit outreach of the University of Minnesota through the Office of Measurement Services. MSTP is self-supporting and does not receive direct funding from the state or the University.
For easy access to more than 180 activities, courses and programs at the University that are available to the K-12 community -- a one-stop shop for students, parents, educators and others interested in the U's support for pre K-12 education across Minnesota, go to www.k12.umn.edu.
