HOW DO I SUBMIT EXAMS FOR SCORING?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY RESULTS?

Turnaround times are listed below. Please note, the times listed below reflect weekday hours, not weekends:

  • Scantron exams are processed within 24 hours of receipt
  • Gradescope exams and assignments are processed within 24 hours of receipt, but may require 48 hours during Finals Week

During reduced operations on the Twin Cities campus, turnaround times may be longer. If you need to arrange for scanning on a specific day during reduced operations, please email [email protected] with details and provide as much advance notice as possible.

CAN I MAKE COPIES OF THE ANSWER SHEETS IF I NEED TO?

No. Our scanning equipment cannot process photocopied answer sheets. Please call us at 612-626-0006 for additional answer sheets. Answer sheets can also be ordered here.

WHAT TYPES OF SCANNING DO YOU OFFER?

Our most common services are Scantron ("bubble sheet") answer sheets and Gradescope (scanning written exams/assignments to PDF, then uploading to Gradescope for the instructor). If you have other scanning needs, please contact us for assistance.
