The Office of Measurement Services (OMS) is a strategic measurement and assessment consulting office at the University of Minnesota. OMS applies a dynamic combination of reliable business practices and academic expertise to facilitate utilization of data for informed decision-making and optimal outcomes for faculty, students, staff, and the surrounding community.

In addition to organizational and service applications, OMS provides classroom resources to the University academic community through Course Exam Scoring, Student Evaluation of Teaching, Development Outcomes, and Training Grant Evaluations.

Minnesota Statewide Testing Program (MSTP) is a non-profit outreach of the University of Minnesota through the Office of Measurement Services. MSTP measures and assesses K-12 student ability and academic growth through the application of different tests. Any K-12 public, private, charter, or home school in the state of Minnesota may access MSTP services.

Minnesota Center for Survey Research (MCSR) provides survey research services to University faculty and administration, state and local government agencies, and nonprofit organizations working on issues of public policy in Minnesota.

Health Survey Research Center (HSRC) provides survey research support to professionals who conduct health-related research. HSRC successfully works with local principal investigators, as well as researchers across the country. For over 20 years, HSRC has supported a wide variety of health-related studies and investigators.
